whenever you reach a yahoo blog or any other blog , click on comment , it will take you to a new page and at the bottom you can see comment box/leave a reply box as can seen in the picture below. you leave a comment with fill in the box of you blog url and it will get hyperlinked to your name when it is published so visitor can reach your blog by click over your name
