When you tweet in twitter , there are no comments skyscraper as you can see in Google Buzz , over your buzz so to avoid comments taking away whole of the space , all the old comments automatically get collapsed but then the new comments can be found in expanded form . hence preventing buzz to discussion board to satisfactory extent
